Zeerak. Enterprises
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information when you shop with us or use our services.
Effective from 07 April 202501 Who we are
Zeerak Enterprises Ltd (“Zeerak Enterprises”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, operating from Bristol, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through zeerakenterprises.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We act as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions about anything here, our contact details are at the end of this page.
02 Information we collect
We collect information that you give us directly, information gathered automatically as you use our site, and information from third parties who help us run our business.
- Account and order details — name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and order history.
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor as described in Section 5; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us via email, contact forms or customer support.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences — whether you’ve opted in to receive updates from us.
03 How we use your information
- Processing and fulfilling your orders, including delivery and returns
- Creating and managing your account
- Responding to enquiries and providing customer support
- Sending order confirmations, shipping updates and service messages
- Sending marketing communications where you’ve opted in, and letting you unsubscribe at any time
- Improving our website, product range and customer experience
- Detecting and preventing fraud, and meeting our legal and accounting obligations
Our legal bases for these uses include performing our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
05 Payment information
All payments on zeerakenterprises.com are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. When you check out, your card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure environment — they pass through our systems encrypted and are never stored on our servers in full.
We retain a record of your transaction (order value, date, and a masked reference to the payment method) for order history, accounting, refunds and fraud prevention. Our payment providers act as independent data processors and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.
07 International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, so your information remains protected to UK standards.
08 Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected — typically for the duration of your relationship with us plus a period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years; marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
09 Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator.
10 Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected at every step.
11 Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we become aware that we have, we’ll take steps to delete it promptly.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We’ll post the revised version here with an updated effective date, and where changes are significant, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you.
